This policy explains how Sierra Fare handles information submitted through this website. The site supports inquiries for private dining, meal preparation, and other in-home culinary services; it does not provide customer accounts, ecommerce, or online payment collection.

Hosting and form-processing services
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. A Cloudflare Pages Function processes inquiry submissions, and Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce automated spam. These services may process technical request and security information according to Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.
Inquiry emails are delivered through Resend to the Sierra Fare business inbox. Resend processes the contact and event information included in the inquiry for email delivery.
Analytics and cookies
Sierra Fare does not currently use advertising networks, behavioral advertising, or a site analytics platform. Cloudflare Turnstile may use browser storage or similar technical mechanisms strictly for security and fraud prevention.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, plan potential services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Sierra Fare uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction, or deletion
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information by emailing [email protected]. Sierra Fare may need to retain limited information where required for legitimate business, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
